Privacy Notice for use of six circles- HelpAge Healthy Ageing Platform

We will collect and process the following information:

Name, email address, age, organisation name, organisation location and others agreed by your via entering the information into the portal. We will never ask for any financial information or for you to make a financial transfer through the platform.

The personal information we process is provided to us by you directly when using the portal and filling in your membership information.

We use this data to improve services and monitor the use and impact of the portal The basis for processing this data is informed consent.

None of the information we collect is sensitive but should you wish to opt out there is no obligation to use the portal for participation in the platform.

This data will not be shared with others outside of HelpAge International, though some of the information you provide is made public on the portal unless you choose to not include it.

How we store your information

Your information is securely stored on the six circles portal and can be shared internationally with other HelpAge Offices as appropriate – including the UK.

We keep your personal identifiable information for as long as you choose to use the portal; once you end your membership we will delete or securely dispose of the data.

Your data protection rights

You will have a range of data protection rights based on your local jurisdiction and where the data is processed. HelpAge International at minimum commits to your rights:

- to ask us for access to information about you that we hold

- to have your personal data rectified, if it is inaccurate or incomplete

- to request the deletion, removal or restricted processing of personal data where there is no compelling reason for its continued processing

- where we are processing your personal data with your consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent
